Joe Capozio - An American Artist recognized primarily for his impressionistic works. Having studied art at the Cannon School of Fine Arts in Philadelphia and in New York, Joe went abroad and painted extensively throughout France, Italy and Switzerland.
His works are in numerous private collections and has been represented in galleries such as the Newman Gallery, Philadelphia, Maxwell Galleries Ltd, San Francisco and many other galleries.
The first work below is unnamed and undated but is signed. It is believed to be one of his earlier works. The second work below is also unnamed however this work is signed and dated '71 (1971). The frames are the original frames they were found in. Glass is present only in the second 'reclining nude' frame.
